I received my product quicker than expected and in great condition exactly as described. The phone is actually better than I thought it would be from reading the product listing and the customer service from Oukitel was amazing. I had some problems getting my order to go through and they helped me every step of the way with many many e-mails back and forth until it was successful. They didn't get frustrated with me or rude they remain helpful and kind the entire time. This is a great product from a great company and I will definitely buy from them again. I would upload pictures but I can't take a picture of the phone while I'm using it, and it's definitely the one I'm using now I switched as soon as it arrived.

Compré en Noviembre 11, usando muchos cupones, y pude quitarle al precio de aquella fecha $50 USD, lo pusieron que tienen que preparar el pedido por 30 días, y fue como que les dí un préstamo, ya que NUNCA enviaron nada, ellos pudieron enviarme un mensaje o ampliar el tiempo para enviar el producto. Se canceló el producto, por lo que para mi es un fraude, te quitan el dinero para financiarse, poderlo fabricar, y para luego cancelar a los de precio especial, para después venderlo más caro. En este momento es $30 dólares más caro, pero ya no confío en ellos.
